Located in Humboldt, this bridge crosses Iowa Highway 3.
Built in 1956, likely to replace a similar girder bridge, this structure features a steel stringer span, set onto timber substructures. It is approached by trestle spans.
Currently, is used as the Three Rivers Trail. A herald on the bridge still proudly displays the Chicago & North Western heritage.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in very good condition.
The author has ranked this bridge as being minimally significant, due to the common design and newer age.
